HOTELS IN MADRID

There are also many hotels of all categories in the vicinity of IFEMA, which will be the heart of the F1 circuit. We recommend choosing a hotel that is within walking distance of a metro station - it is then very easy to get to the circuit.

However, you can also stay closer to the centre of Madrid, and then take the metro to the ring road. As one of Europe's largest metropolises, Madrid offers a wealth of accommodation options.

If you are looking for accommodation options outside of Madrid, there are several interesting cities and regions nearby that offer unique experiences. Here are a few options:

Toledo

Known as the "city of three cultures" for its historical significance, the city is about an hour's drive from Madrid. It offers a rich cultural heritage including historic architecture, narrow streets and spectacular views of the Tagus River. Consider staying in a boutique hotel or traditional guesthouse inside the city walls to immerse yourself in Toledo's historic atmosphere.

El Escorial

The main landmark of this city is the famous monumental Renaissance monastery and royal palace. Visitors can explore the impressive complex including the monastery, basilica, library and royal tombs, as well as the surrounding gardens and natural areas. For a peaceful break in the surroundings of El Escorial, look for accommodation in cosy guesthouses or country cottages.

Getafe

Getafe is located just about 13 km south of the centre of Madrid. It is a convenient location for those who want to stay close to Madrid but are looking for a quieter atmosphere.
